*** It should be noted that the chakra systems in India and Tibet do not follow the same rainbow color associations that we ascribe to them in modern new age practice. This class is a modern western interpretation rather than a classical one, although some classical elements may be included.

This class is appropriate for beginners and more advanced students alike. It is suggested to take the Intro to Chakras class first but itis not required.

What to bring? Bring an item or 2 to place on the individual chakra altar for class if you desire. It could be an indigo or purple item, a candle, an ancestral item, something to symbolize what you are wanting to heal, flowers, herbs, etc.
